HOME RUN!

This circa 1880s board and batten worker's cottage steps up to the plate and hits a home run.

FRESH FACT:


This similar 1880s cottage at 15 Alexander St (only 2 beds) recently SOLD in a flash with a list price of $715,000. Both great neighbourhoods but in my opinion Markland is more prestigious so I'm guessing that plus the added bedroom will fetch top dollar!
